1. Sponsors

The sponsors are Ivan Mijalkovic and Lauren Renee Bennett of The Mijalkovic Bennett Team, 47-34 Vernon Blvd, Suite 1L, Long Island City, NY 11101. Contact: Email Lauren & Ivan. Ivan and Lauren are Licensed Associate Real Estate Brokers affiliated with The Corcoran Group. Casa Enrique is the prize merchant and is not a sponsor, endorser or administrator of this giveaway.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of New York State who are at least 21 years old when entering and had an established real estate client relationship with Ivan Mijalkovic or Lauren Renee Bennett before October 7, 2026. A completed purchase, sale or lease is not required. Eligibility is based on that pre-existing client relationship and will be checked against the team’s business records before the drawing. Being an acquaintance, prospective lead or newsletter subscriber alone does not establish a client relationship.

A new client relationship, transaction, referral, newsletter subscription or contact update will not establish eligibility or increase anyone’s chance of winning. No payment or new purchase is required. This giveaway was not a promised benefit of the prior client relationship.

The sponsors, members of The Mijalkovic Bennett Team, anyone involved in administering the giveaway, and their immediate family and household members are ineligible. Immediate family means a spouse, parent, child or sibling. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry period

Entry begins when this entry form is first published on October 7, 2026 and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. The entire final minute is included; entries are no longer accepted beginning November 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern. The website’s server time controls receipt.

4. How to enter

During the entry period, visit mijalkovicbennett.com/guides/giveaway, provide your name and email address, confirm your prior client relationship and eligibility, accept these rules, complete secure verification and submit the form. A successful on-page receipt confirms submission for eligibility review; no confirmation email is sent. Checking a box does not itself establish verified eligibility.

Limit one entry per person. Repeated submissions using the same email address count as one entry, and using multiple email addresses does not create additional chances. The first accepted submission is retained. Automated, fraudulent and otherwise ineligible entries will be excluded. Any additional duplicate entries are excluded while the first otherwise eligible entry remains, unless there is evidence of deliberate fraud.

Newsletter subscription and contact updates are separate, optional choices. They do not affect eligibility, odds or winner selection. If you need assistance using the entry form, contact the team before the deadline.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one $250 Casa Enrique gift card. Total approximate retail value: $250. The gift card is subject to the merchant’s redemption terms. Travel, purchases beyond the card’s value and any applicable personal tax obligations are the winner’s responsibility. The team pays any cost of delivering the gift card; there is no fee to claim or receive the prize.

No cash alternative is available at the winner’s request. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the team may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Random selection and notification

The team will conduct a random drawing from eligible entries on November 2, 2026 at approximately noon Eastern. Each eligible person has an equal chance, regardless of newsletter or contact-update choices. Odds of winning are one divided by the number of eligible entries. If no eligible entries are received, no winner will be selected.

The potential winner will be contacted at the email address submitted within two business days of the drawing and must reply within seven calendar days of that notification. The team may verify age and New York State residency before awarding the prize. Only information necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize will be requested.

If the entry is ineligible, the notification is undeliverable, the potential winner declines or does not reply within seven calendar days, another eligible entry will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. The same notification and response process applies to an alternate.

7. Information and newsletter choice

Entry information is used to administer the giveaway, review eligibility, contact a potential winner and maintain a private drawing and fulfillment record, as described in the Privacy & Data Use notice. Entry alone does not subscribe anyone to marketing emails or texts. Requests for The Mijalkovic Bennett Team’s monthly neighborhood and real-estate newsletter require the separate optional checkbox and can be withdrawn by emailing the team.

The winner’s name or image will not be published without separate consent. Entry records are stored privately. No full birthdate, mailing address, property information or bank details are requested to enter.

8. Fair administration

The team may exclude entries involving fraud, automated entry or material violations of these rules. If a technical failure or interference prevents fair operation, the team will publish notice on the giveaway page and, where reasonably possible, award the prize through a random drawing from eligible entries already received. No person will receive extra chances for subscribing, referring someone or becoming a client.

Questions, corrections and withdrawal requests can be sent to Email Lauren & Ivan. A request to withdraw from the giveaway received before the drawing will remove that person from consideration.
