What Lauren brings to the table.
Lauren’s work starts with curiosity: how a neighborhood developed, what makes a building distinctive and how a home fits the way someone wants to live. As an owner and investor in Sunnyside and Long Island City, she enjoys exploring those details and sharing what she learns with her clients.
Her Long Island City practice includes more than 100 transactions at Citylights, giving her unusually deep pattern recognition around the building, its lines, monthly economics, buyer questions, board process and resale positioning.
She created The Sunnyside Gardens Guide, Sunnyside Co-op Atlas, LIC Condo and Historic LIC to make neighborhood and property research useful and accessible. Her approach is educational and collaborative: explain what the research shows, identify what still needs verification and connect it to each client’s priorities.
Lauren represents buyers and sellers in Sunnyside and Sunnyside Gardens and shares Long Island City representation with Ivan. She uses her research to help buyers compare homes and help sellers explain what makes their property distinctive, carrying that understanding into preparation, marketing and negotiation.
